Refund and Return Policy of FeedbackPet

At FeedbackPet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your beverage, please review our refund and return policy outlined below.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened and unused beverages within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened and in its original packaging
  • In the same condition that you received it

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@feedbackpet.com with your order number and a description of the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

Note: Beverages that have been opened or consumed cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the product you wish to receive.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@feedbackpet.com. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
