3. Delivery policy
Free delivery for orders of 500,000 VND or more within the city. Danang.
Delivery fees for orders under 500,000 VND or deliveries outside the province will be calculated according to the shipping unit’s regulations.
Normal delivery time is 1-3 business days.
4. Return policy
Feedpackpet supports product returns within 7 days of receipt with the following conditions:
The product is defective due to the manufacturer
The product does not match the description on the website
Product damaged due to transportation
